This calendar is indicative. Examination schedules, result dates and the re-evaluation window are set by Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University, HNB Garhwal University, HNB Uttarakhand Medical Education University or UBTE Roorkee depending on your programme, and are notified on the college notice board and by your department as they are issued.
Attendance
Minimum attendance requirements are set by the affiliating university and, for professional programmes, by the regulating council. They are enforced. A student below the required percentage may be detained from the university examination, and no representation after the fact will change that — the shortfall is recorded month by month, not at the end.
Clinical and laboratory attendance is counted separately from theory attendance in nursing, allied health and pharmacy programmes. Both must be met.
Examinations
Internal assessment runs twice per semester and contributes to the final result in the proportion the university prescribes. University examinations are conducted at the end of each semester or year according to the programme structure. Admit cards are issued through the college on receipt of the examination fee and confirmation of attendance.
