Fee Payment
How to pay your fees — online, by transfer, by demand draft or at either campus office.
Offline payments
Fees may be paid by demand draft, by NEFT or RTGS transfer, or in person at either campus admission office. Whichever route you use, keep the receipt or transaction reference — it is the only proof of payment the college will accept in a query.
Bank details are issued with your admission letter
We do not publish account numbers on this page. Your provisional admission letter carries the account name, number, IFSC code and branch for the transfer, along with the amount payable and the last date.
If you have lost the letter or have not received it, call the accounts office on +91 87557 37722 and they will re-issue it. Never send fees to an account number given to you over WhatsApp, SMS or by anyone who is not the college accounts office.
Demand Draft
In favour of Nav Chetna Institute of Medical Science, payable at Dehradun. Write the student name, programme and application number on the reverse before submitting.
NEFT / RTGS transfer
Bank details are issued with your admission letter. Quote the application number in the transfer remarks and email the transaction reference to the accounts office the same day.
At the campus office
Cash and card payment at either campus admission office, Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 5 pm. A stamped receipt is issued immediately — do not leave without one.
What falls due at admission
- Application fee — ₹1,500 (one time)
- Admission fee (Indian students) — ₹10,000 (one time)
- Uniform charges (Indian students) — ₹8,500 (one time)
- Admission fee + uniform charges for overseas students — ₹25,000 (one time)
- Examination and practical fees are charged as per Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Medical University norms
- Charges for clinical training transportation apply as per management norms
Examination and practical fees are charged separately as per the norms of the affiliating university. Clinical training transport, where it applies, is billed as per management norms.
Avoid fee fraud
Every year students in Dehradun are defrauded by people posing as college staff. Protect yourself:
- Pay only into an account named on your admission letter, or at a campus office against a stamped receipt.
- Nav Chetna will never ask for fees to a personal bank account, UPI ID or wallet.
- Confirm any account details by calling +91 87557 37722 before you transfer.
- Always collect a receipt. No receipt, no proof of payment.
