About the programme
B.Ed. is a professional qualification for school teaching, approved by the National Council for Teacher Education. The two years combine educational philosophy, psychology and sociology with the practical craft of teaching.
You choose two teaching subjects and learn their specific pedagogy, then put it to work: micro-teaching, lesson planning, assessment design, and an extended school internship in partner institutions where you take real classes under mentorship.
The degree qualifies graduates to teach at upper primary and secondary level and to sit for CTET, state TET and school recruitment examinations.
Eligibility
Bachelor's or master's degree with minimum 50% marks. Admission through the state entrance process where applicable.
