Experienced teachers who stay
Our lecturers bring knowledge, experience and a willingness to be interrupted. Many have been with the group for years, which is why students are known by name rather than by roll number.
Faculty are recruited against the qualification norms of the affiliating university and the relevant council — a nursing tutor must hold the qualification the State Nursing Council requires, a B.Ed. teacher educator must meet the NCTE norms, a D.Pharm teacher must satisfy the Pharmacy Council. Those requirements are not negotiable and we do not treat them as paperwork.
In the professional programmes a meaningful share of teaching is done by people who still practise — nurses, physiotherapists, laboratory technologists, pharmacists and practising accountants. That is what keeps the teaching connected to how the work is actually done.
Principal and academic leadership
Each school is led by a head of department responsible for the syllabus, the internal assessment schedule, the laboratory and clinical arrangements, and the performance of the students in university examinations. The principal and the academic council oversee the group's academic standards across both campuses.

Nursing, allied health and pharmacy intakes are capped by the councils that approve them, and they fill early. Apply online, or walk in to either campus and talk to a counsellor — there is no obligation and no charge for the conversation.
